Refund and cancellation policy

Fourteen days free with every Growth feature and no credit card. Billing monthly or once a year after that, per branch, in Egyptian pounds. Cancel any time, and take a full export of your data with you.

Fourteen days on your own menu, with your own staff, in your own branch, is the point at which to decide. We load the menu before the trial starts so you are testing the real thing rather than a demo.

We would far rather you walked away during the trial than paid for a month you did not want.

Cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then.

We do not pro-rate a part-used month.

Cancel within fourteen days of the first annual payment and we refund it in full.

After those fourteen days, cancelling stops the renewal and the year you have paid for runs to its end with full access.

Work already delivered at your request — custom development, migration beyond the standard menu load, on-site training — is not refundable once it has been done. We always agree the cost with you in writing before starting any of it.

Fees charged by your payment gateway on transactions you took are theirs, not ours, and we cannot refund them.

If the platform is unusable for a meaningful stretch of time because of something we did, tell us. We will credit the time or refund it.

We would rather settle that quickly than argue about it.

Export your customers, orders and menu at any time, at no charge, before or after you cancel.

If you are moving to another system, or to your own server, we will help with the export rather than make it difficult. Holding data hostage is not a retention strategy we are interested in.

Message us on WhatsApp or email us from the account owner's address and say you want to cancel. We confirm it in writing, with the date access ends and the export ready.

There is no retention script and nobody will keep you on the phone.

Refunds go back to the method you paid with, within fourteen business days of us agreeing to one. How long your bank then takes is outside our control.
